Kyoko Kusama, Facilitator, Creating...

Kyoko joined Creating…’s facilitation team with the launching of the Leadership One Program for Citigroup in spring 2006. She has expanded her relationship with Creating … to facilitate leadership development programs including Leadership Two and Strategies for Managing Change.

Kyoko has over 25 years business experience in the areas of sales, customer service and business administration. She worked for Citibank for over 20 years, where she held a variety of managerial positions including leading a major change initiative for 3 years, as the certified Cross Functional Process Improvement Facilitator. During this time Kyoko developed her facilitation skills in business projects as well as in leadership development programs. Kyoko is now applying her business experience to the field of leadership and career development. As a certified Career Development Advisor, she is actively involved in non-profit organizations providing career development support programs for women.

As native of Japan, Kyoko lived in the United States for 10 years. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the College of Mount Saint Vincent of New York.

Kyoko is a Certified Career Development Advisor and Industrial Counselor. She is certified to administer 360 degree assessment PROFILOR® by Personnel Decision International (PDI) and Myers-Briggs Type Indicators (MBTI).She is a member of Career Design Institute – Japan, Japan Career Development Association (JCDA) and Japan Industrial Counselors Association.

Kyoko enjoys performing arts; her current passion is going to the opera and ballet performances.
