Susan Ulmer
Vice-President, Facilitator, Administrator Creating...

Susan has been an integral part of Creating... since inception. She and Cathy met while working for a corporate training company in Japan. They felt an immediate kinship, sharing the desire to help people learn and grow while continually looking within. Since then they have collaborated and shared in Creating's... outstanding growth and success.

Susan has worked in partnership with Cathy to create and facilitate programs to include: Strategies for Managing Change, Managing Problem Performers, Conducting Effective Performance Appraisals, Clear Objectives and High Quality Customer Service.

During the past three years, Susan has turned her attention to the administrative aspects of Creating... freeing Cathy to focus on client needs, and continually challenge and develop herself and others. This has been a wonderful fit and allowed Susan to return stateside where she resides in North Carolina.

Susan has a Bachelor's Degree in Business & Management from the University of Maryland. She has worked as a manager in the financial industry and has a strong background in education.

Susan's interests include exploring the beautiful Appalachian Mountains where she resides and animal rescue initiatives. Having six dogs of her own Cathy calls her, "Mother Theresa of the Animals."
