Leading Through Complexity

Core Leadership Four--Leading Through Complexity is for managers who have taken Leading People Skillfully, Leading High Performing Teams and Leading Innovation & Collaboration. In addition to Leading Through Complexity, there is a selection of skill-deepening courses designed to enhance the range of essential skills introduced in the core program. Our experiential and action learning approach helps to maximize the transfer of learning back to the workplace.

For Managers who have taken Leading People Skillfully, Leading High Performing Teams, and Leading Innovation & Collaboration
- 2 days -

Real leadership -- the kind that surfaces conflict, challenges long-held beliefs, and demands new ways of doing things causes pain. And when people feel threatened, they usually take aim at the person pushing for change.

This seminar serves to enhance leaders' awareness and provide knowledge and skills on how to respond effectively to risks and successfully lead through complex challenges. By examining case studies of famous leaders, from extreme adventurers to business leaders, we will analyze lessons learned from both success and failures.

Participants will use their own leadership challenges and stories to draw lessons from, and develop action plans to more effectively lead at the edge.

Presentation Coaching

Presentation Coaching is provided for individuals wanting feedback on high profile presentations that they will be giving to a live audience. Coaching is conducted at the client site.
