Noriko has a Master of Arts in Education with an emphasis on Multi-culturalism from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Latin American Studies from the Osaka University of Foreign Studies. She was the first woman to receive the International Education Center (IEC) Graduate Study Scholarship. She is certified to administer 360 Degree Assessments by Personnel Decisions International (PDI) and Myers & Briggs Type Indicators (MBTI). She holds a CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) certified by Coach Training Institute. Noriko is trilingual in Japanese, English and Spanish,
and lived in Washington state for 8 years. She now resides in Okayama,
Japan. She is passionate about her two children and volleyball. She played
