to the wilderness. We have more than 15 years experience in Japan working
with a multi-cultural client base. One of Creating's core beliefs
is that in order to provide top quality service to our clients, we must

Creating... is the realization of
a dream by Cathy Bernatt to help leaders and teams master the skills necessary
to maximize personal and team potential, and in so doing, develop healthy
individuals and organizations.
About Our Team
Our team is made up of mindful, reflective
leaders and process-focused facilitators. Our facilitators have extensive
experience in business, education and facilitation, and are highly competent,
passionate and dedicated professionals. Many of our team members are bilingual
