Our Executive Coaches have held top-level management
positions in a variety of tier-one organizations. All inquiries about
executive coaching begin with an initial assessment by phone or email.
Next, a consultation between one of our executive coaches and the client
is setup to determine if there is a suitable match and to complete an
assessment of successes, challenges and the specific goals for the coaching
relationship. A contract is then drawn up with clear terms regarding
confidentiality and the frequency and duration of the sessions. Together
a personal & professional development plan is created to assist
in determining and tracking progress of stated goals.
